It is important to understand, once a cranial prosthesis has been customized for you. There are no refunds.

If you are having trouble downloading the forms, please contact us and we will email them to you.

Insurance

There are many insurance companies that reimburse their insured for this medical prosthesis. Strands can help you with the process.  Strands will directly contact your doctor to obtain a prescription and submit the appropriate paperwork to the insurance company. It is important to note that insurance companies do not cover wigs and cranial prostheses are different, thereby recognized by most insurance companies.
