Jennifer feels called to her work. It's her way of helping others, so she takes it to the highest level. She is kind, honest, patient with folks who are frustrated and hurting, and an incredibly gifted aesthetician as well. I've gotten more compliments on her cuts and styles than any for even my own hair. She is really really talented, and cuts exactly the way you want and perfectly for your face.
If you are European-descended it helps to wear European hair products. Other types of hair are just as beautiful, but I'm European-descended and wigs made from non-European hair do not look quite right on me. Jennifer's wigs are beautiful, HIGH-quality, all-European hair (in every conceivable length and color blend) and she makes sure the fit is JUST right (another essential).
If privacy is important, she also works from a lovely house portioned into a separate office, bathroom, warm waiting area, and 100%-private salon room for fitting/cutting/styling.
She's with you the entire process and in a gentle, customized, and personalized way. She takes you through all care for your investment (washing, affixing, brushing, styling) to maximize longevity. And she responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
Finally, she fully understands (and can explain) health insurance mandates around her products and provides clients with the most accurate and thorough paperwork I've seen from any such business. She's a true professional. It's all about making something difficult and painful as smooth and pleasant as possible for her clients.
